The highlight of the Cologne Masterclass in 2022 was once again the Matching Day, at which Cologne startups present their business ideas to investors.
This year, 15 startups from a wide range of sectors such as: biotechnology, e-health, e-learning, app development, AI, food, logistics and more pitched.
The following startups in 2022 were there: aiconver, ama mind, aparkado, baoo, bNear, Compounder, Fußballetics, InsureBlox, Max Academy, Ningaloo Biosystems, noho, Planted, Plastic2Beans, werdetnachbarn.de and Yona.
With Ningaloo Biosystems and Dr. Herbert Müller Hartmann was also a company on board, which in RTZ is a resident. Ningaloo Biosystems is committed to developing new solutions for the production of next-generation biopharmaceuticals. With a groundbreaking concept that uses light to control the production processes of life-saving drugs, the start-up has now convinced many scientific partners.
Dr. Frank Schäfer from BioEcho was invited as a speaker at the panel discussion. He shared his extensive knowledge and expertise with the young startups on start-up and financing issues. BioEcho is a tenant at BioCampusCologne.
With the Cologne Masterclass, CologneBusiness and Partners select outstanding startups in the business location and introduce them to potential investors. In addition, participants benefit from access to the extensive network of Cologne Masterclass partners.
